Dear All
We have very little inventory left to be processed according to my calculations
FSW : MI-1
MI-1 : Appl. Rec'd between February 27, 2008 and June 26, 2010
Assessment for Eligibility Selection Decision Final Decision Total
4,795 9,201 18,645 32,641
The above are the figures for whole world , so only 9201 are "In - Process" and 4795 not even "in-Process"
Now lets come to NDVO
Assessment for Eligibility Selection Decision Final Decision Total
352 1,792 2,909 5,053
So they have selected " In- Process" 1792 cases as on April 2012 and the selection rate is 43% some are rejected at Medical Stage, some due to JD mismatch, Some are eliminated in Back ground investigations. I feel that after NDVO refunds the Pre-june applications which are 33990 eligible for refund and only 40 applications eligible for processing, they will start and process all the applications in three months
MI-2
Assessment for Eligibility Selection Decision Final Decision Total
39 469 752 1,260
MI-3
Assessment for Eligibility Selection Decision Final Decision Total
6 955 855 1,816
So MI-1+2+3 "Only 3613 " applications are pending for processing or selection decision, and the rate of selection is 43% in MI-1 and 98% in MI-2 and 3 , so not more than 2000 applications are going to get the Visa.
At present ( it seems from data ) that they are quite occupied with the backlog refund.
My calculation is that most of MI-1 will be processed by Nov 2012 except those having some deficient documents or pending reports etc.
So cheers guys Mapple leaf will be on your PP by Nov end, hope these figures will help to bring the anxiety level down
