Please help me and tell what is my fault & where should I go for justice I sent to appeal everyone but nobody helping me. Here what I did step by step.

1. Applied in 2008 NOC code which are ( 5136,4131, 5244, 4142, 6211, 6233) and which account for approximately 8 years of work experience and which also falls in skill type 0 and skill level A and B. This is indicated in Ministerial Instructions that if one code matches from 38 listed codes, then points should be awarded to all requested occupations as long as they fall under Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A and B of the NOC. 2. Embassy send me medicals and requested me other documents like police clearance, banks statement. I sent all documents on time Including Medicals march 2010

3. After two months I got letter from embassy in june 2010 Application rejected letter saying I have 66 points and passing marks is 67

After three days I submited appeal to embassy and request them to please reconsider my work experience factor again because you count only 4131 experience and give me 15 points only what about other noc codes experience, with link of CIC website

I should get 21 points in work experience not 15 anyway I wait 52 Days and I got letter attached with email saying your other NOC codes will not be consider because is not in 2008 minister NOC list

Now if you see the link above for CIC web site its cleary mention that one code is match and other code even not in list but if its fall skill O,A,B points should be awarded I sent CIC Web site link with my consideration appeal,

They sent me that letter almost after 52 days so I can’t even go to court for appeal because almost 60 days is over. Now my NOC even not in new list.

My reason to give you that details on this forum that even prays, and hope sometime don’t work. Now what should I do? WHERE I CAN GET JUSTICE.

I spent almost US5000.00 plus 2 yrs and too much depression.

Don't waste your time I suggest to Contact the Minister office ASAP at this address Minister @ cic.gc.ca and explain your case, make sure to include your Name, file number, and your Visa Office. I guarantee you that you'll hear from them within10-15 days at the most.

"They sent me that letter almost after 52 days so I can't even go to court for appeal because almost 60 days is over. Now my NOC even not in new list. However, your sixty days period for appeal will start from the day you received your second rejection letter not the first one. Forum members please correct me if I am wrong. One forum member "Alpha Romeo" has the same situation like you and her application is back in process after appeal. You can refer this link for more information and seek her guidence to proceed.

If you think you are correct, you can appoint a good lawyer and check your luck again. We have to fight till the end and if nothing turns out.. accept it as a God's will.

Try to be calm and be patient my bro. It is easy to say but it is a really a hard test for you. Trust in God, He will guide you through.. and provide a shelter/solution for your problem.

You can contact Immigration minister's office and PM's office and ask them to reconsider your case on humanaterian ground. Because your case is rejected after medical, and medical request comes when you meet minimum point criteria. We have seen in the past, many applicants who have 65 points were also gone through. You have to try all possible ways.

I'm too really upset to hear about your case.

And please don't blame the creature of this whole universe as what you judge best for your future, not always correct.......... and if you believe on God then keep your believe on Him at any cost.

In Holy Quran Allah (the God, the Bhagvan of all creatures) says;

"It is no doubt every human being tries to make best plan for himself/herself, but never forget, Allah is the best planner. So who beleives should trust".

Keep your all hopes alive.............. may be immigrating to Canada will bring displeasure & dissatisfaction to your life. But go ahead to contact Minister @ cic.gc.ca

Sorry to hear your news. But I believe you shuld go ahead and do what the other members are telling you . Sent an e mail to minister and probably in 15 day you'll get a response.
Have faith and if this is really what you want fight for it.
I see they respond 52 days after you sent an e mail, that's a lot of time. Probably I will get an answer soon. For me it's been 11 weeks and still no news. I wonder why they take so long.

When you know you are right, then do not give up with out a fight !! use every mode of communication, fax, email, snail mail etc .. The Almighty will surely help, and still if they refuse to answer, then i suppose if you can manage and your pocket allows, get a good lawyer who can challenge their decision in Court.. Even after the darkest nights, the Sun never fails to rise again .. Do not loose hope brother and you will make it through.. Insha Allah. hi friends,
really sorry for belize....
now my friends i am very upset after knowing belize situation, i am Nov,2009 applicant and currently waiting for medicals.

my NOCs are 4131 and 4141 , if like belize only 4131 experiences (2.3 yrs) is accounted for than my total points will be only 66 .
if both are taken than it will be 71
i am really apprehensive and confused .

friends pls inform me what will happen
