Money debited from my credit card on 23rd Feb 2012.

Y ur timelines is showing that u filed ur application on 8th Feb?

I have actually sent out a second set of application package on Feb 8th as I have filled out my earlier forms with the Old checlist from December 2011. But the CIC seems to accept my first application as they have debited my credit card. So, thats the story

I applied in Feb 2012 and my application reached Sydney on 6-Feb-2012. Nothing as of yet. My credit card has also not been charged yet. Anyone from Feb month got any initial updates?

My application reached sydney on February 3. No updates after that. My credit card has not been charged as well.

Cic call center informed us that they are currently opening packages received untill February 17th and processing applications received untill February 3rd.

I should have used my credit card for payments like you guys did, that's smart way of tracking the processing status.
instead, I used Money Order for payments...

Carrier tracking shows file recieved on Feb 9th , 2012
I havn't heard from CIO yet.
