I am looking for help from the people who are good and are aware of immigration rules here in this forum.
I am from India who is offered job in Canada under NOC-2174. The visa issued is TFW with I applied using my +ve LMO. I would land in Canada on Nov 21st.
As most of the people are aware, one of the hottest topic in this forum is Should I apply now? or wait and apply under EE?
I made up my mind to apply under present condition and for that I am planning to take path of FSW2 arranged employment.
Can some one list down the checklist of documents I need to get ready with so that once I land in Canada, I will be able to launch the application.
I am done with WES and IELTS. I would talk to my employer for job offer which says permanent.
I am aware that the above type of application is not subject to Quota of FSW as it is arranged employment and also does not require LMO subject to PR(I am issued LMO for only TFW which I think I can use to fill form while launching FSW2 application). Correct me, If I am wrong.
How much time would be there to launch my application after I reach Canada to process under current year process(not next yr i.e Express Entry). Remember, I am landing in Canada on Nov 21st.
