Hi All,

I am currently stuck at the Job Pool with 400 points under EE process. The latest & lowest draw was for 489 points with only 6 remaining draws till Dec'15. I am starting to panic now.

In order to increase my points I am eagerly looking for a job in HR (0112 or 1121). I have 4 yrs experience in generalist profile with a Masters degree from UK.

I would be highly obliged if someone can help me network with leads, references, or suggestions to enter the job market and increase my employment chances.

Looking forward for some help!!

Rgds,
P.

Blunt answer:

It's highly unlikely you'll find an employer willing/needing to go through the LMIA process for the jobs you mention.

Sorry.

I unfortunately agree. HR tends to be a difficult field for those with foreign work experience to break into. The chances will increase once you have PR and are in Canada - but you should still expect it will be difficult. I think obtaining a job offer and approved LMIA for an HR job isn't going to happen. Employers in Canada are often looking for individuals who are CHRP certified.
