hi , i am a cameroonian and i live in cameroon , i wanted to fine out it it was true that a new immigration Law in canada has been implemented which permits canadian citizens or immigrants with permanent residence to apply for visit visa for their family members back home by sending their resident permit or citizen ship documents to the Canadian Embassy of the country of their family members . The Family Members back home will just have to go the embassy in their countries with their valid passport and they will be given visas so long the validity period of their passports .
i will be waiting for reply with clarifications.

No such "new law" They have to apply like everyone else that requires a TRV to enter Canada.
