You applied in june 2006. so could you pls share your delay if you have any update regarding your delay from svo? And do you know anyone who also applied before september 2006 and still waiting for visa? I just want to know how many applicant did not get visa who applied before september 2006? In my understanding here we call secondary school which is same as Bangladesh college ( HSC).
In Canada secondary means HSC and Higher school is university level or same category other forms of institute's certificates. So basically you will send everything because they used "and" not "or" that means whatever you have achieved so far.

One applicant of NOC 2151, received MR/PCC/PNWS yesterday who applied January 2011, and ecas status changed to "in process" from RBVO on 20 april,2012 and in side " processing started on 18 april,2012."
