PCC is required only if, your stay is > or equal to 6 months

First thanks for your prompt reply to every newcomer in this forum. I have one query for you. I have just got A.O.R. from New Delhi. If i get job outside India ( Tanzania), Should i can go there and should i submit medical and passport from there ? Is it require to write CHC about this now?

If you have got the confirmation of job then you can go and take up that job, but then you will have to request for change of Visa office and write to New Delhi CHC for the same. What I believe that if you will be working there then stay might go more then 6 months and your case processing also might so it will not be safe not to disclose anything. At the same time, I do not know the working pattern of Embassy located near to Tanzania so I am unclear about the processing time they might take to process your case. I would suggest you to think and if the job is great, then simply inform CHC New Delhi by a letter and also email them about it that you have also sent them a letter and would seek for change of Local visa office.

Waiting for Meds and PPR from New Delhi can be valid as I can by default take it that you live in New Delhi and that is the reason you opted for New Delhi Visa office so you can wait and at the time of medical and PPR, if you get it, you can along with it inform them about your new job and also send a PCC from Tanzania and send it. That can work as well.

Its been now 75 days since status changed to In Process and almost 20 days since verification calls but still no update. What could be the possible reason or what can be the outcome. Any ideas

Hi rocky ,

If they have completed verification then you can expect updation within a month. so may be next 10 days.

Why dont u re ask & mail CHC.

I think u had earlier send them a mail & their reply was very generic.

nothing new. still waiting for rprf receipt and pp with visa. wait is getting longer and longer now. can't understand the reason as people who have submitted their pp after me have recd their visas already. strange but there is nothing i can do. i m really and at the moment.
