Hey could any one in this forum possibly tell me about the special program Alberta provincial nominee has for people with H1B in united states?

I am sure some of you seniors will have the answer to my question.

Does an applicant under PNP who is working in Canada with a Post Grad work permit need to show proof of fund in the application to CIC? Proof of fund is one of the requirements, but I am just wondering why someone who has a white collar job in Canada still have to be subject to this requirement.

Hi there my forumites. Is there anybody has an idea about a Temporary Foreign Worker caught Driving Impaired? Does He or She still have a chance to be a Permanent Resident? Please share some ideas. Thanks a lot and God bless.
