I am planning to create an express entry profile and apply under Alberta express entry stream. My major concern is to confirm whether canada accepting fixed deposit certificate as evidence of proof of Settlement Funds. Also if I am required to submit it to the province once I receive a notification of interest ( NOI ) from Alberta or to the federal government once I receive an ITA. Please any one with experience of this should clarify. Thanks.
