Alberta pr application

Hi everybody, I have a couple of questions I’m looking for information on,

my scenario,
I’m currently working and living just outside Edmonton, I’m on a closed work permit and lmia,

I’m looking at doing my pr as soon as possible (I believe I have to 1560 hours in full time employment??) which will be around the end of June 2024

my long term is still in the uk, as we are getting married in September 2024,

1. would I be best to wait until we are married as she plans on moving over here in the new year,

2. if I apply before the wedding can I travel back to the uk?

3. is there a document checklist so I can compile all the correct info before applying

Actually I need suggestions from you.
I have completed diploma program in chemical engineering technology from SAIT Calgary, AB, Canada
I have Batchlor degree in same chemical engineering field from India. And have an experience of 1 year in chemical manufacturing company india.
But I got an offer as Pharmacy assistant here in Calgary, Alberta.
Should I get this opportunity?
What are chances of getting nomination in this position in the Alberta express entry profile.
