Alberta PNP computer training instructor

Hi, I am thinking to apply for Alberta PNP under computer training instructor NOC 4131.
my job description is I was a senior faculty in NIIT institute full time for 6years 8months in India, now I am not computer training instructor.
I am on valid H1B working with IT in different skills, can I apply for Alberta PNP under category for H1B U.S. Visa Holder criteria
and how much the bank balance requiered for 3 people for Alberta PNP. and how much the points and IELTS scroe needed.

please guide me.

Hi,

From what I've read Alberta has suspended accepting applications under the US Visa Holder category. You might want to try the Federal Skilled Worker category if your job is in the priority list.
