Alberta PNP application return ! Please guide

Hi guys,
My friend applied for AINP in sep,2015 but he got application return yesterday because he missed to fill out the one of form to signature on it.

1.Do he have to fill out all the AINP form again ?
2. Do he fill out that form and send same return package to AINP office ?

Please suggest if anyone had same experience?

yea, he will have to re-fill the application again, its only the dates that the applicant will change, but he wont change d informations on it, but will make sure he sign everyting, 1 more thing, all the dates under the signature must change, now the applicant will change the date he filled it and the day submited
