Hi, for the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program - skilled worker B category for american applicant with new Canadian citizen spouse.
the application form fees, ask you to list dependent children.
1) do you have to pay the fees for each dependent, if they are not coming with you to Canada? ( they lived with their US mother)
a) and if you don't pay the dependent fees, does that mean they will never be able to apply to immigrate until they are adults (not in any dependent category)?
The AINP page also says processing times for Skilled worker , says at least one month from the date your application is received
(The AINP will notify you of your file number after your application has been received. This may take up to 30 days )
2) What is the quickest someone had their application approved?
3) Regarding employer criteria/ provide a job offer...... how do you submit your job application to a position that encourages them to evaluate you if you do not YET have ability to legally work in Canada ( but could if they would evaluate you and probably provide a job offer )
