Alberta Nominee program - International Graduate - AINP 005

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help me regard this part.

I'm looking at the check list for "International Graduate" and I need to fill up form "AINP 005".

The thing is I'm a contractor as I have been working for over a year but my agency refused to sign the "AINP 005" saying that they aren't allowed to.

Now I fill up the requirement for 6month full time worker as I have been averaging 40 hours a week and my agency provided me with letter stating that.


Am I eligible to apply under Alberta Nominee for "International Graduate" ? I thought the main concern was that full fill 6month being full time but now AINP 005 causing an issue.



FYI: I graduated with a bachelor degree in computer engineering from a Canadian University and I'm working within my field for the last year in Calgary/Alberta.
-Also I have a contract until April/2014 but they are saying that the AINP 005 would be considered as guaranteeing this period which they can't do.

Hello, you can post question from AINP facebook homepage, they will reply you quickly during weekdays.

And I think contractor is not eligible to apply AINP but OK for CEC which needs 12 months work experience.
