HI Dear,
I have done Master's in Information Systems Security Management from Concordia University College of Alberta in Edmonton. Now I want to Apply for AINP under Strategic Recruitment Stream, Post-Graduate Worker Category. I had a contractual job as an IT Services Technician in Edmonton. I am Paid by checque weekly which is deposited in my bank account. Is it OK to apply for AINP when you have a contractual job. Your advice would be really appreciated. Thank you.

For SRS-PGWP category you need a full-time job, not necessarily a permanent one. Also, this category is not tied to your employer, so you can change jobs as many times as you want, as long as all your jobs are full-time and you are not unemployed any time between jobs. Just that you have to keep them informed whenever you change your jobs.

I am an engineer with a Master's degree from UoA, and I know plenty of my friends who applied through AINP and got nominated with full-time contract jobs.
