I applied for express entry on 18th of Sep. 2019 and I selected Alberta my CRS is 359 and my NOC is 2147, do you think that I will receive Alberta NOI and when will I receive it? Thanks

You submitted an EE profile, not apply for EE - there is a difference. As to whether you will be nominated depends on ties to Alberta such as relative, job or education. No one can say for sure whether you will be nominated. You just have to wait and see or improve your score my maxing out IELTS?

They have been issuing minimal number of NOIs
You'll be really lucky if you get one
