Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (H1B Holders)- H4 FBI clearance issue

Hi,
I have just received my alberta nomination certificate for me and my wife. Now i need to do FBI clearance and state clearance. My wife is on H-4 and has gone to Pakistan and will not come back until July. The last date to send application is 3rd July 2010. How can my wife obtain FBI clearance and state clearance from Pakistan. Is there any way? Also is state clearance required.

FBI request will need to go to Pakistan US Consulate.

Dear KRana,

I had the same problem in Pak, after a long search i found out the only place doing FP for FBI is FIA department Islamabad for Lahore and neighbour cities. Call them and speak with someone and they will you give time and date to come over. You can find their number online.

They do have real FBI cards with them.
I hope you its not a late reply and you can see it cuz i know the frustration i have gone through.
