It would be great if someone could clarify the requirements of Alberta express entry stream as I'm confused while checking the recent draws. I found that job offer and family connection are listed among the "Factors that increase your chances of selection" at https://www.alberta.ca/aaip-alberta-express-entry-stream-eligibility#jumplinks-3 , meaning they aren't mandatory, but preferable.
But in the list of recent draws at https://www.alberta.ca/aaip-processing-times-and-inventory#jumplinks-5 , two dominant draw parameters are Dedicated Healthcare Pathway with Alberta job offer, and Family connection and primary occupation in demand. Does that mean only candidates with Alberta job offer or family connection have been invited under the express entry stream in the last one year period?
