Hi

I have applied for Uni of Alberta for MBA program last year and got admission. I posted my file through visatronix, after 1.5 months I received letter form CHC that ur passport could not received. I went to visatronix office and asked but they did not take any responsibilities and CHC never response. Now Some people say that go to FIR and apply for new passport and on the other hand I m facing this hurdle since 15 days. Plz reply me I am very much confuse.

That is the only option left for u unfortunately as your passport has been lost somewhere in the mail and visatronix is not going to take any responsbility. Its there carelessness and incompetency but unforetunately u will have to pay for it. File an FIR and apply for a new passport. Since u have got admission in the University of Alberta(ONE OF THE BEST IN CANADA) so getting the student visa should be like a cakewalk for u.
Its all my personal opinion though, for more precise information consult other experts.

That is the only option left for u unfortunately as your passport has been lost somewhere in the mail and visatronix is not going to take any responsbility. If u r from pak,just go to passport office,and u wil see many agents there,try to talk to them and tell them ur situation,and then they will ask for bribe,give them,and u can easily make ur new passport.

Very strange by visatronics, you have to go for a new passport after police report(Lost passport).But you should also talk to some one high up in visatronics about the situation...........

Congratulation dude. It is really a happy news that u are about to get visa. U r the most important one that CHC inform ur mistake, actually CHC never reply and push the case back with wide refusal. Now, u r the lucky person.

basically this is not the dinasoure of recovering or renew the passport. U should be very carefull about this. U have to go for FIR especially the Police station nearest to Airport i.e CHHOTA GATE AIRPORT if u live in Karachi and further avoid following

1. Do not go to visatronix and don't blame on him. U have accept the term and condition "VISATRONIX HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OF LOST OF ANY DOC OR OTHERS". There is no way to blame to service.

2. Never ask for ur passport to CHC. It will confuse receiver and may effect on ur case.

3. Do not take this responsibility on yourself because it show ur careless work and may effect on ur case.

Here u have to be the political.

U have to put all blame on loader who load consignment into the roller and boarding. This loader work on contract basis and receive daily wages they don't have concern to airport security and other so that they are unknown about any lost.

Now, Record ur FIR blaming on loader negligence in AIRPORT POLICE STATION. U have to pay Quaid-e-Azam of Rs. 500 and policemen never ask u about inquiry or other, the money is only his problem.

Getting passport in urgent is the process of 25 days but u can get it in 3 days. Let c How

U have to go directly to Passport office and fill the fess of urgent passport that is about Rs. 5000. U don't need to go any agent because they are not authorized and may they can create other problem.

In khi, office is locate into Awami Markaz.

Now write e mail to CHC that u have applied to new passport and request to not stop ur case, soon u will send new one to CHC.

Now contact government officer whom info I sent u in Ur INBOx. U can talk with my ref. He will charge u and arrange ur new passport in 2 days.

Now writ an application, attach FIR and new passport with it and post by FEDX, don't go to visatronix again.

As soon as CHC receive ur passport, he will call u for medical. I ensure u that u r going to be the hotcake, ur case has completely solved and soon u have visa. Don't worry

Original and one copy
No add. Basically advertisement is use to record FIR, But u have already recorded FIR so no need advertisement.
Ur old passport has lost so that its copy has no worth, But ur original new passport is most important to u.

Remember that an application must be submit that describe ur status to resending it.

Hello brother, When did you post file to CHC ISB? and When did you received letter form CHC?
I ask you because i submit my case 7 feb 2012, i emailed to chc about my case but they said, they didn't receive any file for given information(whereas, i gave proper information).

Wait for it. All the documents are must receive by CHC. A proper record has been inserted by CHC when the file come to its turn. Ur file not yet recorded but received.

I had also the same issue once they not replied after some days they informed me to recived ur documents and after 1.5 months they informed missed of passport. Dont worry.
