Airline rates depend on the travel dates and if you intend round-trip or one-way travel. You didn't provide enough information as to what you wanted.
That said, Cathay Pacific has an online sale right now for round-trip tickets, and PAL's rates are pretty affordable. Would recommend Cathay Pacific over PAL though in terms of comfort.
