Air Traffic Controller Noc 2272

I was working in another country as an air traffic controller for 7 years, I'm now in Canada on a work permit and I'm trying to find a way to immigrate under the FSWP so I can get PR and try to be an air traffic controller here. Does anyone here have any advice on how I may be able to get a job offer or PNP using this unique skill.

Anyone on here is trying to become an air traffic controller but can't because they are not a PR? Any information would be helpful.
