Im being told that my sister in law, a nurse in the Philippines, cannot use the AIPP because she’d be a CCA in Canada. Here is the email:
foreign nationals with high skilled work experience (e.g., nursing) from their home country can not accept a lower skilled job (e.g., LPN, CCA) in Canada and immigrate through the Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled stream under the AIPP.
This confuses me...a Philippine nurse is equivalent to CCA in Canada.
Help!
