AIPP gather here who applied for Endorsement letter since Oct or September

I applied for AIPP- NOVA SCOTIA

Settlement plan done on 3rd Sep.
Applied for Endorsement letter on 12th Sep.

Since then no reply and I was told that immigration will continue to give letter now from Jan 2020.
