AIPP for international student 1year + 1 year different program are eligible for AIPP?

Hi, I would like to know if i take admission in a designated institute of Atlantic provices College and the post diploma pograms are 1 year + I did another 1 year pogram = 2 year will I be eligible for AIPP pogram as a student because in the government website its written

***You must have at least a 2-year degree, diploma, certificate, or trade or apprenticeship credential from a recognized publicly funded institution in an Atlantic province.***

The program which I found is 1 year each so will i be eligible for AIPP if i do 2 years different program. Please expert help me regarding this.

No - you will not. You must take a single program that is 2 years in length.
