AIP!

Hello everyone!
My husband (sponsor) just got an e-mail from Vegreville… It says that he meet the requirements to sponsor me, that my demand for PR will be treated separately and that they will contact me soon…

This is AIP, right?!
I'm soooo happy, and hope that more good news come soon to us all ! ;D

My app. was received january 21, 2013.
AOR february 10, 2013.

Wow...almost exactly 11 months...as expected.

Did you also apply for an Open work Permit when you sent in your application?
If not, and you desire to work in Canada, you might be able to apply for one at the border through CBSA (Canada Border Services) by presenting
your AIP...I think, but wait for one of the senior members here to correct me...or scold me for being crazy. :-\
