AINP, Work permit, LMO.

Hi everyone,

I came as student and got PGWP that expired in Oct 2020 and got an LMO in Alberta as a truck driver (I have been a truck driver since AUG 2018). My work permit is bonded with the company with which I got LMO. I already applied my AINP from the same company. Can I can convert my bonded work permit to an open work permit??? Please help ??

You can’t just convert a closed work permit to open. When you say applied, have you received a nomination from the province?
