AINP Tracking (Application received at Sydney , NS Jan 3rd, 2014)

Hi guys,

My PR (AINP) application to Sydney, NS processing office was received on Jan 3, 2014 and I haven't got a file number yet. So I was wondering if you guys know how long it normally takes before they get back to you.
I was also wondering if there is a tracking sheet set up for people who applied within the last few months or so, so that I can get an idea of how long it takes.

Do you have any idea how long it takes to get the PR card after the application is submitted? I checked the CIC website and it says 17 months. But I was wondering if that 17 months includes the nomination time ??
