Hello Guys!
This is quite a difficult topic. I have been searching everywhere, but apparently nobody has an answer. So I guess my best chance is to ask. Has anybody changed employer after being nominated by AINP? I know there are some streams that don't allow you to change jobs (major no!) if you are using your employer as a sponsor, but for the sake of the argument, Let us just take into consideration those that are in the same boat and have applied under the Strategic Recruitment Stream Post-Graduate Worker Category and do not require a sponsor. So, is it possible to change employers in this case?
I really need some help and I would be eternally grateful to whoever has had this situation and can share his/her experience.
Thank you!

I'm in the same boat. I got AINP and then also got my PR file number, but now my jobs sucks.
I am planning to quit this job but when I called AINP they said if I'm quitting my current job which helped me in my Nominee program I still have to inform AINP even after getting my file number . And they (AINP) said its upto them if they wil consider my new job for my previous nominee or not. MOst of my friends actually changed their job but they are still doing okay, but in my case my owner will call AINP for sure if ever I'll quit.
I would say you also call AINP and see what happens and let me know as well.
Thank You

Hello dude! thank you for sharing your experience! do you mind giving me a bit more info? what do you mean by "if I'm quitting my current job which helped me in my Nominee program I still have to inform AINP even after getting my file number"? the AINP - Strategic Recruitment Stream Post-Graduate Worker Category doesn't require the nominee to have a sponsor, did you go for a different stream? and what do you mean by "MOst of my friends actually changed their job but they are still doing okay"? did your friends get the Permanent residence after changing jobs without informing AINP? and my last question, I didn't know AINP had a line to answer questions, could you please give me the phone number?
And what have you decided? what are you doing, are you changing jobs? will you inform AINP?
I am really in a crossroad, I am not bored at my current job, but I found another job, better, a kickass job, pretty much the dream job, and I really dont want to loose that oportunity, but of course I dont want to jeopardize my permanent residence application.
Thanks man, I am very sorry to bother you with all this, I will be in your debt the rest of my life!
