AINP Strategic Recruitment Stream-Engineering Category

Hello, I would really appreciate, if anybody can help me. I finished my certificate from a college in Calgary and in september 2014 and hence a PGWP expiring september 2015. since the job market was very bad I got a job on 29th June 2015. I applied for the AINP Strategic Recruitment Stream-Engineering Category, as a drafter also I hold an engineering degree. Now under these circumstances my wp is expiring in September'15 and I can't get an extension. LIMA is quiet impossible to get now and not sure if my employer is ready to do that. But I hold a WP ending 2016 where it states the employer as my previous school for my practicum which is of no use i guess. What can I do now, I am really frustrated. Should I contact a lawyer or anticipate that the ainp will arrive soon so that i can apply for an extension.

When did you send your AINP application.
I applied for the same category and NOC in December 2014 and received my nomination in June. It takes about 6 months in most of the cases but I know people who has been waiting for AINP i Engineering Occupations for more than 9 months.

I sent my application on 29th June. the problem is I am running out of time since my wp expires on September 30,2015
