Do we need to attach the Educational documents (Degrees/ Transcripts etc) for Spouse too alongwith the application?

It does not hurt to send more documents rather than less. I sent both our degree certificates.

No you don't need any educational documents from your spouse... unless the spouse is the principal applicant...
