AINP SRS H1B - Medical Completed - Sep 2010

Hi All,

I have recieved a request from CIC back in Aug 2010 for Medical Examination which I got it done on Sep 1 2010 and it was mailed to CIC on September 15 2010 I was told by doctor's office that usually it takes 3 months from there to here back from Canadian Consulate for either in person interview or a request for Passport. My application is processed in Buffalo and when I check my status it still shows in Process. Does any one have heard anything back from Buffalo Proccessing center who have got there medical completed in Sep 2010 for further instructions.

Please Suggest.

Hi,

I did my medicals on 9th Sept and the results were delivered to Ottawa on 15th Sept. I have not heard anything from CIC yet and my status shows In-Process.

Same situation with my colleague who did her medicals on 15th July and were delivered to Ottawa sometime in July. No news yet from CIC and her status too shows In-Process.

Thanks Ell Be. I hope there might be someone who have heard anything back from them yet. It will atleast give us an idea about how long it will take. Buffalo proceessing time says that it will take 11 months if the package is complete it shows that they have started processing my application in July 2010 so according to that I believe it will be sometime in June 2011. It will be almost 3 years then in my case from the start to end process.

Let's just hope we will get it by early january 2011. We have similar timeline and my ecas still states that it is still in process.

My medical done completed in august. I do not have any update.

I believe all of us who have got there medical completed in September and for those for whom CIC started processing application in July shpuldn't expect to hear back anytime before June 2011.

guys just want to update you all that one of the member of this forum who had the medical completed in late september last year have recieved the passport request.

Have anyone of you have also recieved a passport request. Please suggest

Guys just want to update you that I got a Passport request today....
