I just created my EE profile and show a CRS score of 438. I *think* I need a Provincial nomination to improve my chances of an ITA and hence explored Alberta Provincial nomination as I have family connections to the province. However, the details on the aaip website indicate my family connections (uncle / grandma) don't help improve my eligibility under the **Family connection** substream.
When I look elsewhere under AINP, I am confused if I need a job offer to be considered as -
1. Minimum requirements on this page don't specify a job offer
2. Alberta EE selections criteria on this page list job offer on all items except family connections, and experience in key sectors
Is the way to reconcile these two that #1 only lists *minimum requirements* while #2 lists criteria for *likely invitations* so while a job offer is not required for AINP invitations, candidates with job offers are preferred under the respective stream (Accelerated tech pathway)? thereby significantly reducing my chances of getting an invitation without a job offer?
