Are you eligible for Express Entry? If so, select Alberata. Read through the AINP - EE and AOS programs and see if eligible. For AOS employer must be willing to support nomination. Assume you studied in Alberta and program matches your job. Neither program guarantees PR as the province for EE has to select your NOC and CRS score. Same for AOS, you have to be selected.
