Ainp or Ontario Tech Draw

Hi, my current job Noc code in EE is 2173 however some of my roles and responsibilities are in Job code 2171 as well.

Now looking at this if I apply with 2173, do you think I might be able to get NOI from Ontario Tech Draw, or should I go ahead and change the NOC to 2171 and wait for AINP.

Which program has more chances of NOI?
My CRS is 439.

did you get an invite from either AINP or Ontario tech draw? I'm in similar position so thought to learn from your experience.
