AINP notice

Hi Guys,
I received approved Nominee notification notice from AINP. As per this letter, my relative in India has to send in completed application to CIC, Sydney NS. Do my relatives have to send the application fees and ROLF to CIC, Sydney NS or Canadian High commission, New Delhi ? Moreover, which will be their "Immigration Office requested for processing this application" . Will this be CIC, Sydney, NS or New Delhi ?

Yes, they have to submit the application in Sydney, NS with AINP nominee certificate then the officer will review your documents etc..., If approved, your family in India will recieve aknowlegment letter from N.S. and telling them the next step, then they will transfer your file to local visa office in India for further processing. AINP Family stream was closed 2 years ago. How did you apply for your relatives, can you please shed some light.

If you see my time line, my relatives had applied in 2010. AINP was closed after that.
