AINP nominated but what if the restaurant will close?

Hi, i got my certificate this January 2, and my work permit will expire on may11. probably i will send my application to cic this feb,
my concern is what will happen if the restaurant will close? my application is employer-driven stream, please give me some thought. thanks.
