About AINP:
A friend of mine has been working in this hotel for 3 years. She arrived in AB Canada in 2008 and 2009 she was transferred over to BC, but it is the same hotel because they were short on staff that time. In 2010 she came back in AB Canada and by 2011 decided to apply for AINP. AINP replied and questioning about AB and BC thing. There's issue regards to tax, because it was filed in BC for a year. All the papers she has is Alberta. What does she needs to do? What she suppose to say? The employer is willing to help though. Is it a sign of declining the application because my friend and her employer did not follow what's in the work permit "only work in the same location as stated" which is AB.
Urgent help please.
