AINP HELP PLEASE

Hello
Living now 4,5 years in Alberta
Have not so many luck with our Immigration.
Was apply in Nov.2012 under skilled worker AINP.
yesterday I get a letter they declined my application they don't accept my trade cetificate from Germany anymire .
The lav was cange in Jan.2013 but my application was there on 3Dec.
Have a 20 year old son he just finished  and graduate high school is our biggest problem .
HE have an open work permit to till july 2014 how ge can immigrate they tell us he must immigrate by his self .
Hope someone can give us some hints thank you .

Yes he is graduate the high school
and was now working a few months as a food counter attendant .
He have an open work permit to till july 2014

if he is on open work permit & working as a food counter attendant, he should be able to apply for PNP under semi skilled category on his own , for which requirements are very simple. all he need from his employer is a letter stating,his job responsibility ,wages & confirmation that he have full time permanent job.Since he is on open work permit he doesn't need LMO.I hope it helps. What province you guys are in ?

We are living in Calgary Alberta .
He was working 5 months and after he ask for health benefit they fired him and others too.
I was thinking as a food counter attendant is the easiest way too.

Have another question we get declined with our nominee program because they say my husband s a trade and they dont accept anymore his journeyman certificate from Germany he must get a trade certificate in Alberta .
My question when he get from his previues employer and current a written letter over his good work and skills.
He is now 12 years painter and decorateur.
Must he make the practic and theorie exam or are the letter enough he want apply under work expirience
Maybe now someone about this .
