Folks,
I finally received my AINP nomination after 3 long years. I applied in the January of 2009 and they have rejected my application once after a year saying that my OPT experience doesnot count for the PNP Nomination. I reapplied once again in 2010 March and I finally received my nomination 2 days ago in the mail. Without wasting any time..I initiated the PCC from India, FBI Check and Applied for PCC's from Kentucky, Illinois and Iowa states. I definitely don't want to reinvent the wheel..hence could anybody point me to the thread which lists any other long lead items from time perspective that I would need for the CIC Application. Right now, My application is complete pending pcc's. Also, now the PNP -CIC application are routed through Nova-scotia. I have a deadline until June 2012 but I am afraid I might be stuck with the PCC at Indian consulate in chicago. I don't know if somebody has developed or followed a process to beat the 2 month timeline with stages BS of chicago Indian consulate. Please let me know, if anybody knows of any quick means to obtain PCC from Indian Consulate. If anybody is in a similar boat, please PM me..we can work together on the process.
Thanks once again!
