Visa officer rejected the application basing on the principle applicant's ability to settle economically in Canada: may 2014

Could anyone please explain what to do next, why the visa officer focused only on the main applicant while the NOMINATION was awarded based on my spouse's qualifications and experience while me as the principal applicant maintaining the minimum requirement.
