My alberta relative got request for update of information.
I need to update only some information like change in telephone number, my spouse's job title and the company is the same where she was working but changed it name to a new name and a few bits here and there. Do I have to fill out forms again or just print the changes on a normal page print out and get is signed by my alberta relative and send it to AINP?
Please advise.
