AINP - Did not check the boxes in application form - will my form be returned?

I sent AINP SRS H1B category forms today. But did not check the boxes in teh page 2-3. Will my form be returned back?
If so, any idea how many days it will take return?

All the forms are available on website. Fill that specific page, check the box and send to AINP fax number. They fill add that in your file before it goes in front of Program officer.
