Hello,
(First of all im still new in this forum, so if i post my questions in wrong category let me know. Thank you)
I came to Canada few days ago trough Working holiday visa, and already start to search for some ways how to stay here, from the information i gathered the fasted way (since my visa is just for a year) would be trough LMO or AINP. I have few jobs just lined up working in a coffee shop as supervisor, so my question would be em i eligible to apply for AINP trough this job position? The information found in Alberta web page is little confusing, it says: Candidate criteria
As a Candidate, you must: As of September 13, 2013, Managers/Supervisors in the Service, Retail and Foodservice Industries are subject to all current skilled worker category criteria, as described above.
And then when you scroll down a bit it says: The following are NOT eligible under the AINP Employer-Driven Stream, Skilled Worker Category:
Supervisors, foremen and tradespeople, working in a Compulsory or Optional Trade in Alberta (including Chefs, Cooks, and Line Cooks)
Anyone who who have any info about this please respond, and thank you in advance.
