AINP ALBERTA PROOF EDUCATION

Hi, I am going to apply for AINP. For the education proof the check list says " Candidate must submit proof of the highest level of education they have completed. If this is secondary (high school) education, they must provide evidence of completion of the highest level of secondary education available in their home country"

I have the high school certificate, my highest level of education is post secondary school but I am not able to get the certificate right now because I need to get it by person in my country.

Is it possible apply only with the high school certificate?

Anyone? I should send the highest level or only with the high school level is enough?

Can you create a "power" at your country's consulate in the country where you reside, then that person can get the diploma for you

Thanks! I am trying to do this but everything is going slow in my country and I need apply now because my work permit expire in 2 months.

Do you think that is possible that I apply only with the high school proof, the web says "show that you have completed a minimum of high school education" but the check list "Candidate must submit proof of the highest level of education they have completed.
