Hi

Anyone who can explain me part of AINP for 2016 for Employer -Driven Skilled Worker category .
In document checklist -- documents required - Labor Market Impact Assessment or LMO or Extemtion ..
This really mean I need confirmed LMIA,LMO, or Exemption ???
Because this does't make sense for me, why I should do AIMP if I need LMIA its better try LMIA directly and than apply to EE.

Do you have a work permit?

If your work permit was issued based on a previously obtained LMIA, then your employer has to "show that they are following all the conditions of the LMIA (including salary)"

If you have an open work permit (LMIA exempt. e.g: Post Graduate Work Permit) then your employer has to "show you that are offering wages and benefits to you that meet industry standards."
