Hello members i live in kota rajasthan can i submit my student visa application at ahemdabad vfs or is it is mandotary that i should submit at delhi vfs as my consultants are in ahemdabad.plz relpy mates.

Makes no difference. even if you apply in Kota via VFS. VFS will send your file to CHC Delhi only. so i suggest you should apply there it self to avoid the hassle of visiting delhi first to submit file then to collect passport.
