Agent sent me LMIA and Submitted for Visa

Hi
My agent has given me LMIA and it has shown employer details and my job details on it. Details like salary per annum, employer name and address with mobile numbers have been mentioned on it. I submitted my passport along with the LMIA through VFS GLOBAL in India. I Got a message that my profile has been sent to canda embassy and it is being processed.
LMIA page looks like it has a main heading “LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT and below that...
“CONFIRMATIONS FOR #Number”
So is there any possibility to check whether its genuine or not and
What will happen after my passport submission? How does canada embassy work on it?
I request you to give me some opinions regarding this.

If you're asking about the same job offer you had earlier (where the employer is going to pay for your salary, travel, accommodations, etc.) - then it's a scam.
