Agency Offering Taxi Driver Job from India

Hello All,
Please advice me this is scam or not
One agency in Mumbai offering me Canada Taxi Driver job for that he will provide job offer letter first for that i need to pay (230 CAD) (10000 INR) he will provide me reciept. . after that he will provide LMIA
He have service charge like cutting my salary.. Can i trust him

Obviously some sort of scam given do you really think there are no taxi drivers available in Canada to apply which would be a condition of an LMIA.

An LMIA is applied for by an employer not an agency, they have to pay 1000 dollars and then advertise the job for a few months to see if any residents are available which would be more than likely as opposed to hiring someone from India as a taxi driver.

Even more likely a scam then. Just accept that nobody in Canada is going to hire taxi drivers from outside Canada. Would you expect someone to hire a taxi driver from Canada or any other country to be a taxi driver in India, no you would not at least would expect not ?
