Age question ...please help.

Hello,

This is my first post here, my date of birth is 13th December 1986.
So this December I will be 31 years exactly.

Right now I am 30 years and 4 months and 7 days.

Just wanted to know should I mention my age as 30 or 31 in the express profile?

I didn't know so thought would be better to ask someone who knew?

Please help.

So if I apply now and receive a ITA before December as my crs score is 432.

I am waiting for my and my wife's eca.

But the whole process takes after December to finish. I mean to submit documents and all.
Will this be considered incorrect information?

When you get an ITA, your age will freeze in the application. So as long as you receive your ITA before December, which you will for sure, you are good.
